This policy explains when you can get your Jointrise membership fee back. Jointrise is operated by KOJEKON. We want you to know exactly where you stand before you pay.
1 The short version
- If you ask within 14 days of your payment being verified, you get a full refund of the ₦75,000 membership fee, as long as we have not yet delivered your starter inputs or farm setup.
- If we cannot make the courses in your membership available to you, you can ask for a full refund at any time before your starter inputs or farm setup have been delivered.
- We pay refunds within 7 business days of approving them.
2 The 14-day refund
You can ask for your membership fee back for any reason within 14 days of Jointrise verifying your payment. We refund the full ₦75,000 provided your starter inputs, or your farm setup under the Farm & Business Building Program, have not yet been delivered or bought for you.
3 If courses are not available
If we are unable to make the courses included in your membership available to you, you can ask for a full refund at any time before your starter inputs or farm setup have been delivered or bought for you.
4 When refunds are not available
Once your starter inputs have been delivered, or your farm setup has been bought for you, the cost has been spent on your behalf and the membership fee can no longer be refunded.
5 How to ask for a refund
Email or message us on WhatsApp with:
- your full name and the email you registered with;
- the date of your transfer and the name on the bank account you paid from; and
- your transaction reference, if you have it.
We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid within 7 business days to the bank account you paid from.

6 Refunds and referral commissions
If a member you referred is refunded, that referral is reversed and its ₦20,000 no longer counts. We will tell you by email.
- If you have already withdrawn that commission, we may deduct it from your future commissions. We will not ask you to pay it back from your own pocket.
- If the reversed referral was one of your first 10 and your farm setup has not yet been bought, your count goes down by one. If your farm setup has already been bought, we will not take back the farm inputs.
