What is the ₦50,000 enrolment fee for? +
The ₦50,000 one-time fee covers your full membership registration, access to all training programs, and your physical starter inputs (seeds, chicks, fingerlings, etc.) to get you producing immediately after training.
Do I need any prior farming experience? +
Not at all! Jointrise's training is designed for complete beginners. Our experienced instructors take you step by step from zero knowledge to running your own farm or agribusiness.
Where are the training sessions held? +
Training sessions are held online, to enable you partake whenever and wherever you want. We also hold training at designated Jointrise centres. We have locations across Nigeria and occasionally run sessions in members' communities. Contact us to find the nearest centre to you.
What starter inputs will I receive? +
Regardless of your chosen track, you will select one among the starter inputs: Day-old chicks (poultry), Fingerlings (fish farming), Seeds (yam, maize, vegetables, herbs) or Rabbit weaner. These are provided after completing your training.
Are forex and stocks training included in the ₦50,000? +
Yes! Both Forex Trading and Stocks & Investing are fully included in your membership at no extra cost. You get beginner-to-advanced curriculum, video lessons, downloadable guides, and mentorship — covering currency markets, share investing, portfolio building, and risk management.
What will I learn in the Stocks & Investing course? +
The Stocks & Investing course covers: how the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NGX) and global markets work, how to open a brokerage account, how to research and pick stocks, dividend investing, portfolio diversification, and how to manage investment risk. It is designed for complete beginners with no prior investing experience.
How long does the training program last? +
Training are designed to enable you take them at a speed that is best for you. Some people will do it over 2-4 weeks, and others will complete it in less or more days.
What is the Starter Inputs Program? +
The Starter Inputs Program is available to every member who enrols for training. Upon completing your training, you receive your chosen physical starter input — day-old chicks, fingerlings, seeds, or a rabbit weaner — to begin farming immediately. This program is designed for members who wish to complete their training and start their own venture independently, even if they do not continue with the full membership. It is the foundation every enrolled member receives.
How is the Affiliate / Farm & Business Building Program different? +
Members who choose to remain active in the Jointrise community and join the Affiliate or Farm & Business Building Program unlock a significantly greater level of support that overrides the basic starter inputs. Engr. Abdulkadir Usman
Founder & Executive Director, Jointrise

Engr. Abdulkadir Usman is an agricultural engineer, entrepreneur, and youth empowerment advocate with over a decade of experience in agribusiness development and financial education across Nigeria. Witnessing firsthand the challenges of unemployment and food insecurity facing young Nigerians, he founded Jointrise with a single conviction — that every Nigerian youth, regardless of background, deserves a practical pathway to sustainable income and dignity.

Under his leadership, Jointrise has grown from a small community initiative into a nationally recognised membership organisation, training hundreds of members across 25+ states in agriculture, agribusiness, and forex trading. Engr. Abdulkadir is a firm believer that the combination of food production and financial markets is the most resilient wealth strategy available to the average Nigerian — and he has dedicated his career to making that vision accessible to all.
