These terms explain how referrals work on Jointrise, operated by KOJEKON. They are written in plain language so that every member can understand exactly what we have promised and what we expect from you.
1 The short version
- You earn ₦20,000 for every referral who completes payment and is confirmed by Jointrise.
- Only members who take part in the Farm & Business Building Program can refer others and earn referral commission. The program is optional.
- We do not deactivate, change or reassign your referral link or your confirmed referrals, except in the limited cases in section 7, and we will tell you in writing if that ever happens.
2 Who can refer
Only Jointrise members who take part in the Farm & Business Building Program, and whose accounts are active, can refer others and earn referral commission. Members on the Starter Inputs Program do not earn referral commission. If you are in the program, your personal referral link and referral code are on your dashboard. A person is linked to you when they register using your link or enter your code during registration.
3 What is a confirmed referral
A referral is confirmed when all of these are true:
- the person registered using your link or code;
- they paid the full membership fee; and
- Jointrise has checked and verified that payment. We aim to do this within 24 hours.
You can see every referral and its status (pending or confirmed) on your dashboard at any time.
4 What you earn
You earn ₦20,000 for each confirmed referral. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
5 The optional Farm & Business Building Program
The Farm & Business Building Program is optional. If you take part, it replaces the ₦20,000 starter inputs that other members receive after training.
- Your first 10 confirmed referrals (₦200,000) are set aside to fund a full farm setup for you.
- Jointrise buys the farm inputs and delivers them to you. You do not receive that ₦200,000 as cash.
- Cost figures in the Farm Setup Guides are estimates. Jointrise confirms the actual costs with you before buying.
- From your 11th confirmed referral onwards, your ₦20,000 per referral can be withdrawn.
6 Withdrawing your earnings
- Withdrawals are requested from your dashboard once you have 10 confirmed referrals.
- The minimum withdrawal is ₦5,000.
- You can request only what you have earned from your 11th confirmed referral onwards, less anything you have already withdrawn.
- Each referral's commission becomes withdrawable 14 days after the referral is confirmed. This is the same 14-day refund period that applies to the referred member under our Refund Policy.
- We process withdrawal requests within 3 business days, to a bank account in your name.
7 When a referral or commission can be withheld or reversed
We will only withhold or reverse a referral or its commission in these cases:
- the referred person's payment is refunded or reversed (see our Refund Policy);
- the account or payment is fake, duplicated or fraudulent;
- you referred yourself, or used another account that you control; or
- you broke these terms, including by promising or implying income that Jointrise has not promised.
If we withhold or reverse anything, we will email you the reason, and you can dispute it (section 9). We do not deactivate, change or reassign a member's referral link or confirmed referrals for any other reason.
8 How to talk about Jointrise
When you invite people, please describe Jointrise accurately: state the real membership fee, say that referrals are optional, and do not promise anyone a particular income. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
9 Questions and disputes
If you think a referral was missed, or you disagree with a decision about your commission, email us with your name, your registered email and the details. We will reply within 7 days with our decision and our reasons.

10 Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the new terms apply to referrals that are confirmed after the change. Referrals already confirmed keep the commission rate that applied when they were confirmed. We will tell members about significant changes by email and on the website.
